About LSL Lubrication Solutions
Backed by more than 20 years in the industry
We’re a Christchurch-based, New Zealand-owned business specialising in automatic and manual lubrication solutions for machinery, vehicles and fixed plant across the South Island.
Our Christchurch base gives us a central point for supporting customers, from major centres to remote sites. We aim to respond quickly when you need us.
We’re always looking for ways to improve - better lubrication systems, smarter business processes and practical solutions that create better outcomes for you and your equipment.
Technology and environmental responsibility are both important to us. We keep improving our systems, website and online tools so we can work more efficiently, reduce unnecessary waste and make it easier for you to get the support and parts you need.

Meet the directors
Jono Wilson and Annette Eggers (Annie) are partners in business and life. We established LSL Lubrication Solutions during the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, combining Jono’s technical knowledge of lubrication systems with Annie’s experience in business strategy, operations, marketing and development.
Jono initially worked in the new business while Annie completed her role in the New Zealand hop industry. Annie joined LSL full-time in 2021, and together we grew the business from a small garage-based operation into an established South Island lubrication business.
Today, we operate from our Christchurch workshop at 2/102 Carmen Road, Hornby, conveniently located on State Highway 1.
Jono Wilson
Technical and Sales Director
Jono leads our technical and sales work. With more than 20 years’ experience in lubrication systems, his strengths lie in system design, installation, fault finding and finding practical solutions for challenging applications.

Since then, he has installed and supported systems across a wide range of machinery, vehicles and fixed plant all around Australaisa.
Jono is particularly skilled at understanding how equipment operates and making lubrication systems work reliably in real operating conditions. His technical knowledge and problem-solving ability are well regarded throughout the Asia-Pacific lubrication industry (and even fields enquires from as far afeild as Europe and the United States).
In recent years he has also become the social media face for the company with his posts getting him recognised in all sorts of places.
Outside LSL
Jono enjoys keeping fit at the gym, motorbike riding (both road and dirt) and working on cars (he owns a classic American Ford but don't hold that against him). He and Annie also spend many weekends at her parents’ farm near Murchison, hunting, exploring and spending time with family.
Annette Eggers (Annie)
Managing Director
Annie leads our business strategy, operations, finance, marketing, systems and development. Her strengths lie in recognising new opportunities, guiding business growth and turning ideas into practical strategies and processes.
Before joining LSL full-time, Annie built a varied career that began on her family’s hop farm and working on fishing boats. She later owned a film and television production company, working as a director and producer. After returning to her hometown of Motueka, she moved into marketing and exports for New Zealand’s hop industry, working with customers and markets around the world.
Annie has played a central role in growing the business from a garage-based operation into an established South Island business. She uses her commercial and creative experience - and her interest in technology and software - to strengthen LSL’s systems, improve efficiency, reduce waste and develop better ways to support customers.
Alongside LSL, Annie owns and operates Tī Ani – Wild & Organic Tea, where she creates tea blends using organic teas and wild-harvested plants traditionally used in rongoā Māori. Her products are widely enjoyed throughout New Zealand and exported to customers all over the world.
Outside LSL
Annie loves spending time with her three young mokopuna and travelling off the beaten track. She also enjoys spoiling their cat and having weekends at the family farm near Murchison with Jono to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and the city lifestyle.
