Book a service or schedule regular maintenance checks.

Book a service

For work that needs attention now or within the next few days.

This suits you when:

  • the machine is parked up and available
  • something is not operating correctly
  • you have a warning light or fault code
  • a hose, fitting or component is damaged
  • the machine will be free on a particular day
  • you want us to inspect or repair the system before it goes back to work

Tell us what is happening, where the equipment is and when it will be available. We will review the job and contact you to confirm timing.

Schedule regular maintenance

For planned visits at an agreed interval.

This suits customers who want us to:

  • visit monthly
  • visit every eight weeks
  • check equipment at another agreed interval
  • inspect several machines during one visit
  • include fleet or fixed-plant checks in a regular maintenance programme
  • identify wear, damage or system issues before they become urgent

Once the schedule is agreed, visits are booked in at the agreed interval and we attend to check the equipment included in the plan.

Set up regular maintenance

Keep your lubrication system working as it should

The condition of a lubrication system depends on more than whether the pump is running.

Lubrication systems often operate in demanding conditions. Over time, hoses can become damaged, fittings can loosen, grease points can become restricted, and contamination, worn components or incorrect settings can affect lubricant delivery.

We inspect the system from the pump through to the connected grease points, identify faults and complete agreed repairs, servicing or adjustments.

Experienced fault finding

Our technicians work with lubrication systems every day and know where to look when something is not operating correctly. We test the system methodically, identify the likely cause and focus on getting the equipment back into service without unnecessary time spent chasing the fault.

Stocked for common repairs

Our service vehicles carry a wide range of hose, fittings and common replacement parts, allowing many repairs to be completed during the first visit without waiting for basic components to arrive.

Planned maintenance

Regular checks can be arranged for individual machines, vehicles, fixed plant or larger fleets. We can help identify worn parts, damaged lines and system issues before they turn into unexpected repairs.

What you get with a service or maintenance check

We start by understanding the problem, then inspect and test the system before explaining what we found and what needs attention.

Pump and reservoir inspection

We inspect the pump, reservoir, mounting, filler connection and surrounding area for damage, wear, contamination or leakage.

Hose, line and fitting checks

Primary and secondary lines, hose, fittings and connections are checked for rubbing, cracking, loose connections, damage and grease leaks.

Distribution component checks

Distribution blocks, metering units, injectors and other system components are inspected for damage, leakage and signs of restricted flow.

Grease-point inspection

We check the points served by the system and look for evidence that fresh grease is reaching the bearing or component.

Controller and warning checks

Where fitted, we check displays, warning lights, low-level indicators, electrical connections and available fault information.

System testing and adjustment

We operate the system through a test cycle, check that it is working correctly and make any required adjustments to settings or lubricant delivery.

Our process in four easy steps

1

Review

We review the equipment, lubrication system, fault symptoms, warning codes, location and work required.

For planned maintenance, we also discuss operating hours, working conditions and your existing service schedule.

2

Inspect

We inspect the pump, controls, hose, fittings, distribution components and lubrication points.

Where a fault is present, we work through the system to identify the likely cause.

3

Service

We complete the agreed servicing, repairs, component replacement or system adjustments.

Where additional parts or work are required, we explain what has been found before proceeding.

4

Test

We test the system, confirm its operation and check that lubricant is reaching the connected points where practical.

We also explain any follow-up work or future maintenance checks we recommend.

FAQ

Our company specializes in consulting, product development, and customer support. We tailor our services to fit the unique needs of businesses across various sectors, helping them grow and succeed in a competitive market.

Book a service when something needs attention now or within the next few days, or when the machine will be available for us to inspect.

Regular maintenance is for customers who want planned visits at an agreed interval, such as monthly, every eight weeks or another schedule that suits the equipment and workload.

That depends on the equipment, operating hours, working conditions and how heavily the lubrication system is used.

We can help set a suitable interval based on your machinery, fleet and maintenance programme.

Yes. Regular maintenance can be arranged for several machines, vehicles or items of fixed plant during the same visit.

This works well for fleets, workshops and sites that want lubrication-system checks built into a regular maintenance routine. We have also completed large fleet service programmes over weekends, including checking more than 100 trucks while they were back at site and available.

Send us the machine make and model, location, lubrication-system details if known, and a short description of the issue.

If there is a warning light or fault code, include that too. Photos can also help us understand the job before we attend.

Yes. We can fault-find lubrication-system issues including warning lights, error codes, low-pressure or no-pressure faults, damaged lines and systems that are not completing their cycle correctly.

Yes. Our service vehicles carry a wide range of hose, fittings and common replacement parts so we can complete many repairs on site.

If more involved pump or component work is required, we may bring the part back to our workshop for further assessment.

If the pump cannot be properly repaired on site, we can remove it and bring it back to the workshop where we have better access to tools, test equipment and parts.

We will explain what we have found and what is required before completing additional repair work.

Yes. Regular checks can often be coordinated with equipment servicing, planned shutdowns or times when machinery is already parked up and available.

We specialise in Groeneveld-BEKA lubrication systems, but we also work with related pumps, hose, fittings and lubrication components.

Send us the system details or a photo and we can confirm whether we can help.
