BEKA PICO
Compact progressive and multi-line greasing for machinery where space and flexibility matter.
A compact electric lubrication system that combines progressive and direct multi-line greasing in one pump. With flexible outlet options, the PICO works well where mounting space is limited or different lubrication points need different grease outputs.

Where the BEKA PICO works best
Agricultural machinery, implements and attachments
Compact excavators, loaders and material-handling equipment
Specialist vehicles and equipment
Fixed plant and industrial machinery
Machines with limited mounting space or mixed lubrication requirements
Is the BEKA PICO right for you?
You need a compact automatic greasing system
Your machine suits a progressive, multi-line or combined layout
Some lubrication points need individual grease lines or different outputs
You want control and monitoring matched to your machine
You use grease up to NLGI 2
What an auto-greaser can save
Save time
Automatic lubrication reduces manual greasing and routine maintenance time.
Protect components
Consistent, measured lubrication helps reduce wear on pins, bushes and bearings.
Improve safety
Less manual greasing means less time climbing around machinery or accessing difficult lubrication points.
Reduce downtime
Reliable grease delivery helps reduce the risk of avoidable downtime.
How the BEKA PICO works
Pump - An electric piston pump moves grease from the compact reservoir to the pump elements.
Distribute - Progressive outlets feed distributors that divide grease between multiple lubrication points, while multi-line outlets can feed individual points directly.
Confirm - Depending on the controller and setup, the PICO can monitor grease level, system pressure, distributor movement and line condition.
The PICO can operate as a progressive system, a multi-line system or a combination of both. Different pump elements can be matched to the grease output required across your machinery.

The operator can be warned straight away
System status - The PICO can be configured with visual or in-cab indicators to show whether the system is operating normally or requires attention.
Low grease - The follower-piston reservoir version includes electrical level monitoring that can warn when the reservoir needs refilling.
Custom warnings - Where required, we can configure additional alarms, warning lights or in-cab indicators to suit the machine and how it is operated.
Why choose the BEKA PICO
Progressive and multi-line system
One pump can supply progressive distributors, individual direct lines or a combination of both.
Up to ten pump outlets
The pump body can accommodate up to two progressive pump elements and eight direct multi-line pump elements.
Compact 1.2-litre reservoir
The compact pump is suited to machinery where space for the lubrication system is limited.
Designed for varied conditions
IP65 protection and operation from −35°C to +70°C, depending on lubricant.
Fitted and calibrated to your machinery
This is where our experience matters. We make sure the right amount of grease reaches the right point at the right time.
Assess - We identify each lubrication point, attachments, working conditions and any existing factory-fit components.
Match - We determine which points are best supplied through progressive distributors and which need a direct grease line, then match the pump elements, controller, monitoring and hose layout to your machinery.
Install - Our technicians fit the system to your machinery or plant, either on site or in our workshop.
Calibrate - We set the grease output and operating intervals, test the system and confirm each lubrication point is receiving the correct amount.

Frequently asked questions
The cost depends on the number of lubrication points, the mix of progressive and direct outlets, and the control and monitoring options required. We can assess your machine and provide a tailored quote.
The PICO is suited to agricultural machinery, compact excavators, loaders, attachments, specialist vehicles and fixed plant. Its compact reservoir makes it particularly useful where mounting space is limited.
A progressive outlet supplies a distributor that divides grease between several lubrication points. A multi-line outlet runs directly from the pump to one lubrication point. The PICO can use either method or combine both in one system.
No. The eight multi-line outlets can each supply one point directly, while the two progressive outlets can feed distributors serving multiple lubrication points.
The total number of lubrication points depends on the system configuration.
The PICO is designed for standard multipurpose grease up to NLGI 2. The grease must also suit the machine manufacturer’s requirements, operating temperature and system configuration.
IP65 means the pump is dust-tight and protected against water jets. It is suitable for dusty and wet working environments, but should not be submerged or directly blasted at close range with a high-pressure washer.
