How the BEKA ZEPTO works
Pump - An electric piston pump draws grease directly from the installed cartridge.
Meter - Grease passes through the single outlet to a progressive distributor, which divides it between the connected lubrication points.
Confirm - The integrated controller manages the lubrication cycle and operating settings. Depending on the version, pressure monitoring and external warning outputs can also be included.
The operator knows straight away
System status - The integrated display shows the selected programme, lubrication duration and cycle settings. An intermediate lubrication cycle can also be started directly from the pump.
Cartridge low-level warning - The controller calculates the remaining grease from the selected cartridge size and accumulated pump operating time. A prewarning gives the operator time to replace the cartridge before it is empty.
Pressure monitoring - The extended-control version can be configured with system-pressure monitoring to help confirm that the lubrication system has reached the required pressure.
Custom warnings - Where required, we can connect an external warning lamp or error output so the operator can see when the system requires attention.

The ZEPTO is designed for smaller machines and equipment with limited mounting space and up to 30 lubrication points. Typical applications include mini excavators, skid steers, compact loaders, forklifts, sweepers, agricultural implements and compact fixed plant.
The pump’s single outlet supplies grease to a progressive distributor. Inside the distributor, pistons operate in sequence and send a measured amount of grease through separate lines to each connected lubrication point.
The distributor system can be configured to suit the number of lubrication points and grease requirements of your machinery.
The ZEPTO is supplied with a connection for Type S, or Lube-Shuttle®, screw cartridges. Type F SYSTEM REINER cartridges and Type L 400 ml Ritter cartridges can also be used with the corresponding adapter.
The ZEPTO housing has an IP6K9K protection rating, providing dust protection and resistance to close-range, high-pressure water jets when the pump is correctly installed.

The ZEPTO is a cartridge-fed pump with one outlet, designed primarily for compact progressive systems with up to 30 lubrication points. It is a good choice when clean cartridge changes and minimal mounting space are priorities.
The PICO has a refillable reservoir and can combine progressive and direct multi-line lubrication. With up to two progressive outlets and eight direct outlets, it provides more flexibility for machines with mixed lubrication requirements or points needing different grease outputs.
