Groeneveld SingleLine
Smart, reliable single-line greasing for trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles and mobile equipment.
A practical single-line system that delivers a measured amount of grease to each connected lubrication point.
It can use an electric or pneumatic pump and can be controlled by time or brake impulses, making it well suited to trucks, trailers and semi-trailers.

Where the Groeneveld SingleLine works best
Trucks and commercial vehicles
Trailers and semi-trailers
Buses and light to medium mobile equipment
Is the Groeneveld SingleLine right for you?
You operate a truck, trailer, commercial vehicle or smaller machine
Your application suits a straightforward single-line layout
You want to reduce manual greasing and routine maintenance time
What an auto-greaser can save
Save time
Automatic lubrication reduces manual greasing and routine maintenance time.
Protect components
Consistent, measured lubrication helps reduce wear on pins, bushes and bearings.
Improve safety
Less manual greasing means less time climbing around vehicles or accessing difficult lubrication points.
Reduce downtime
Reliable grease delivery helps reduce the risk of avoidable downtime.
How the Groeneveld SingleLine works
Pump - An electric or pneumatic pump moves grease from the reservoir through one primary grease line.
Meter - Distribution blocks and metering units deliver a measured amount of grease to each connected lubrication point.
Confirm - A pressure switch confirms that sufficient pressure has been reached. If pressure is not confirmed, the SingleLine Timer can warn the operator through an alarm buzzer

The operator is warned when attention is needed
Confirm - The pressure switch tells the SingleLine Timer when the required system pressure has been reached.
Warning - If pressure is not confirmed, the SingleLine Timer warns the operator through its built-in alarm buzzer.
Low level - On pumps fitted with low-level monitoring, the buzzer also warns when the grease reservoir needs refilling.
Different buzzer patterns help the operator tell the difference between low grease and a system pressure warning.
Why choose the Groeneveld SingleLine
Single-line system
One primary grease line supplies distribution blocks positioned around the vehicle or machine.
Adjustable output & cycle times
Greasing intervals and output can be set to suit your application.
Time or brake-pulse control
Greasing can be triggered by time or after a set number of brake applications.
Electric or pneumatic options
Different pump and control options are available for powered vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers.
Fitted and calibrated to your vehicle or machine
This is where our experience matters. We make sure the right amount of grease reaches the right point at the right time.
Assess - We identify each lubrication point, attachments and working conditions, including any points that may still need manual greasing.
Match - We match the pump, reservoir, metering units and hose layout to your vehicle or machinery and how it operates.
Install - Our technicians fit the system to your vehicle or machinery, either on site or in our workshop.
Calibrate - We set the grease output and operating intervals, test the system and confirm each lubrication point is receiving the correct amount.

Frequently asked questions
The cost depends on your vehicle or machinery, the number of lubrication points, pump type, reservoir size and installation requirements.
Send us a few details about your equipment and we’ll recommend the right setup and provide a quote.
The SingleLine is commonly suited to trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, buses, commercial vehicles and mobile equipment with a relatively straightforward lubrication layout.
The best system depends on the number and location of the grease points, operating conditions and available power or air supply. We can assess your equipment and confirm whether the SingleLine is the right fit.
The SingleLine uses one primary grease line and is generally suited to trucks, trailers and equipment with simpler lubrication layouts. It uses NLGI-0 grease and can be controlled by time or brake impulses.
The Twin uses two alternating primary lines and is designed for medium to large machinery, longer line runs, more demanding conditions and applications using grease up to NLGI-2.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us about your equipment and we’ll recommend the most suitable system.
Yes. The SingleLine is well suited to trailers and semi-trailers.
Because trailers may not have a continuous electrical supply, the system can use an electric or pneumatic brake impulse counter. This activates a greasing cycle after a set number of brake applications.
The SingleLine is designed to use NLGI-0 EP grease. The grease must not contain graphite.
Using the correct grease is important for reliable pumping and accurate delivery throughout the system. Speak with us before changing grease type or mixing products.
