Heavy-duty greasing for large forestry machinery
A dual-line automatic greasing system suited to harvesters, processors, forwarders, skidders, log loaders and other large machines with numerous lubrication points or long grease lines.
Individual metering units allow different points to receive quantities selected for their lubrication requirements. System pressure is monitored so the operator can be warned when the required pressure is not reached.
BEKA EP-1
Versatile progressive greasing for forestry equipment and attachments
A progressive automatic greasing system that can be configured for a wide range of mobile machinery, attachments and support equipment.
The BEKA EP-1 is a practical option where the machine requires a compact, adaptable system but does not need the dual-line layout of the Groeneveld Twin.

Automatic greasing for logging trucks and trailers
A single-line automatic greasing system designed primarily for commercial vehicles.
It can supply selected chassis, steering, suspension and trailer lubrication points while the vehicle is in service, reducing the reliance on manual greasing between workshop visits.

In many cases, yes. Lubrication points on processing heads, grapples and other attachments may be incorporated into the system where the movement, hose routing and lubricant requirements allow it.

Automatic lubrication systems are designed for demanding mobile-equipment environments, but correct installation and regular inspection are still important.
We route and protect grease lines to reduce their exposure to moving components, timber and impact. Pumps, hoses and fittings should be checked for damage during normal machine servicing, and the pump should not be sprayed directly with a high-pressure water or steam jet.
This depends on the system and controller selected. Available warnings can include low grease level, failure to reach the required system pressure and recorded fault information.
The Groeneveld Twin includes a minimum-level switch, pressure monitoring and diagnostic functions. Its display can show when the reservoir needs filling or when the system has detected a fault.
