Where automatic lubrication can make a difference

Trucks and trailers operate over long distances, on tight schedules and in changing road conditions. Missed or inconsistent greasing can contribute to unnecessary wear and additional workshop time.

Difficult or unsafe access

Some grease points require staff to work beneath trucks, around trailers or near moving components.

Bringing suitable points into a centralised lubrication system can reduce routine access beneath the vehicle.

Road grime, water and vibration

Road grime, water, dust and changing weather can affect exposed pins, bushes and grease points.

Regular lubrication helps maintain fresh grease around connected components and supports the removal of contamination from bearing surfaces.

Long distances and demanding schedules

Trucks and trailers may cover substantial distances between workshop checks, with limited time available for manual greasing.

Automatic lubrication supplies grease during normal operation, helping maintain consistent lubrication between scheduled maintenance visits.

Missed or inconsistent greasing

Busy drivers, changing shifts and tight delivery schedules can make manual greasing difficult to complete consistently.

Automatic lubrication supplies measured amounts of grease at set intervals while the vehicle is operating, reducing reliance on manual greasing routines.

Our process in four easy steps

1

Assess

We review the truck, trailer or fleet, the lubrication points, operating conditions and current maintenance process.

We also identify any points that will remain manually lubricated.

2

Match

We select the pump, reservoir, distribution method, monitoring options and hose layout for the vehicle.

The system is designed around the number of lubrication points, available mounting space and how the vehicle is used.

3

Install

Our technicians install the system on site or in the workshop.

Installation can be coordinated around vehicle availability, scheduled maintenance or planned workshop time.

4

Calibrate

We set the grease quantities and operating intervals, test the system and confirm grease delivery to each connected point.

After commissioning, we can provide servicing, genuine parts and technical support.

FAQ

Our company specializes in consulting, product development, and customer support. We tailor our services to fit the unique needs of businesses across various sectors, helping them grow and succeed in a competitive market.

The cost depends on the vehicle, the number of lubrication points, the system selected and the installation layout. Once we assess the truck or trailer, we can provide a quotation for the complete system and installation.

Groeneveld SingleLine is our main recommendation for many trucks, trailers and road-going fleets. BEKA EP-1 may suit specialist vehicles or progressive system layouts, while BEKA PICO can be a good option for smaller vehicles or where mounting space is limited.

We assess your vehicle and working requirements before recommending a system.

Yes. Most automatic lubrication systems can be installed on vehicles already in service. We assess the mounting space, hose routing, electrical or pneumatic requirements and the points to be connected.

Sometimes. The best arrangement depends on whether the truck and trailer usually remain together, how they are coupled and which lubrication points are being included.

For fleets where trucks and trailers are regularly changed, separate systems or remote blocks may be more practical.

Installation time depends on the vehicle and the number of lubrication points. A straightforward truck installation may take around one to two working days, while larger or more complex truck-and-trailer combinations can take longer.

We confirm the expected installation time before work begins.

Depending on the system and control option, the driver may have an in-cab display or warning light showing system operation, low grease level or a fault.

The system should also be included in regular vehicle inspections and servicing.

It can automate most regular grease points, but some points may remain outside the system because of their location, movement or lubrication requirements.

We identify any points that will remain manually lubricated during the assessment and commissioning process. In some cases, remote grease lines may make these points easier to access.

We confirm the suitable grease when we match and commission the system.
