BEKA EP-1
Versatile progressive greasing for agricultural machinery, mobile equipment and fixed plant.
A proven electric progressive lubrication system for factory-fit and aftermarket applications. With up to three separate pump outlets, the EP-1 can suit a wide range of machinery and operating conditions.

Where the BEKA EP-1 works best
Agricultural machinery and implements
Excavators, loaders, telehandlers and construction equipment
Forestry, quarrying and mining machinery
Fixed plant, crushers, screens and industrial machinery
Replacement or upgrade of existing factory-fit progressive systems
Is the BEKA EP-1 right for you?
You operate agricultural machinery, mobile equipment or fixed plant
Your machine suits a progressive lubrication layout
You need one or more separate lubrication circuits
You want a system that can use a wide range of common machinery greases
Your machine already has a factory-fit progressive system that needs servicing, replacing or extending
What an auto-greaser can save
Save time
Automatic lubrication reduces manual greasing and routine maintenance time.
Protect components
Consistent, measured lubrication helps reduce wear on pins, bushes and bearings.
Improve safety
Less manual greasing means less time climbing around machinery or accessing difficult lubrication points.
Reduce downtime
Reliable grease delivery helps reduce the risk of avoidable downtime.
How the BEKA EP-1 works
Pump - An electric gear pump moves grease from the reservoir towards the pump elements.
Distribute - Each pump outlet can supply a separate progressive distributor circuit, delivering measured amounts of grease to the connected lubrication points.
Confirm - Depending on the setup, monitoring can check distributor movement, grease level and system pressure.
The EP-1 can operate up to three independent progressive circuits. Different pump elements can be selected so each circuit receives the output required for that part of the machine.

The operator can be warned straight away
System status - The EP-1 can be configured with visual or in-cab warnings to show when the system needs attention.
Low grease - Optional electrical level monitoring can signal when the reservoir needs refilling.
System fault - Pressure or distributor monitoring can identify when grease is not moving correctly through the system.
Custom warnings - Where required, we can configure additional alarms, warning lights or in-cab indicators to suit the machine and how it is operated.
Why choose the BEKA EP-1
Progressive system
Progressive distributors deliver grease to each connected lubrication point in a controlled sequence.
Up to three separate circuits
Up to three pump elements can supply independently operating lubrication circuits from one pump.
Wide grease range
Suitable for a wide range of greases up to NLGI 2, depending on your machinery and operating conditions.
Flexible output and control
Different pump-element outputs and control options can be matched to your application.
Fitted and calibrated to your machine
This is where our experience matters. We make sure the right amount of grease reaches the right point at the right time.
Assess - We identify each lubrication point, attachments, working conditions and any existing factory-fit components.
Match - We match the pump, reservoir, pump elements, progressive distributors and hose layout to your machinery.
Install - Our technicians fit the system to your machinery or plant, either on site or in our workshop.
Calibrate - We set the grease output and operating intervals, test the system and confirm each lubrication point is receiving the correct amount.

Frequently asked questions
The cost depends on the number of lubrication points, pump outlets, reservoir size, control and monitoring options, machine layout and installation requirements.
We will assess your machine or plant and provide a tailored quote.
The EP-1 can be used on agricultural machinery, excavators, loaders, telehandlers, forestry and quarry equipment, specialist vehicles and fixed industrial plant.
Each outlet can be fitted with its own pump element and supply a separate progressive distributor circuit.
Different pump-element outputs can be selected for circuits with different lubrication requirements. Not every machine needs three outlets, so LSL only uses the number required for the application.
A progressive distributor operates in sequence. If a connected point or grease line will not accept grease, the distributor stops and pressure rises within that circuit.
The pressure-relief valve protects the system. Optional pressure or distributor monitoring can also indicate that attention is required.
The BEKA EP-1 can use commercially available multipurpose greases up to NLGI 2.
The grease must still suit your machinery, operating temperature and existing lubricant. Speak with us before changing grease type or mixing products.
