ABOUT THE
BEKA EP-1 SYSTEM
The EP-1 is an electrically operated pump that can accommodate up to 3 lubrication outlets. It is capable of dispensing commercial lubricants ranging from NLGI-000 to NLGI-2, with a maximum operationg pressure of 350 bar, making it a versatile solution for various applications in the fields of road construction, agriculture, port equipment and most moving equipment.
- Suitable for a wide range of mobile and stationary applications
- Compatible with all standard lubricants
- Features springless pump elements with a desmodromic drive for optimal reliability
The electronic control system for central lubrication is tailored to the vehicle's operating conditions and activates the pump at specific intervals. The pump delivers grease through a main line to distributors, which then distribute the correct amount to individual bearing points. With the modular design of the distributors, each friction point receives the precise lubricant quantity needed.

OVERVIEW OF THE
BEKA EP-1 PUMP
Working Principles
When the pump is turned on, grease is pushed through the pump components. The pump components then transfer the grease to the primary and secondary progressive distributors.
