The BEKA ONE is a compact electromechanical lubricator that automatically supplies a single lubrication point over a selected 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24-month period.

Unlike many single-use lubricators, the BEKA ONE stays in service. Refill the reservoir or replace the grease cartridge and batteries when needed.
It can be fitted directly to the lubrication point or mounted nearby and connected by a lubricant line.

How the BEKA ONE works
Refill - Refill the reservoir with suitable oil or grease, or replace the 120 ml grease cartridge.
Set - Choose a 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24-month operating period to match the lubrication point’s requirements.
Deliver - The electromechanical pump delivers a measured amount through its outlet, either directly to the lubrication point or through a suitable remote line.
The maintenance team knows straight away
Status - The green light confirms the lubricator is active and operating normally.
Battery - The orange light warns when the battery voltage is low and the batteries need replacing.
Warning - The red light indicates excessive backpressure or that the lubricator cannot complete its cycle.

Yes. The BEKA ONE is designed for continued use rather than disposal after one fill.
The follower-plate reservoir can be refilled, the cartridge version accepts a replacement grease cartridge, and the batteries can be changed. This means the complete lubricator does not need to be thrown away whenever its grease, oil or batteries are depleted.
The BEKA ONE is suited to individual lubrication points on conveyors, electric motors, fans, pumps, bearings and other manufacturing or fixed-plant equipment.
The application must be within the lubricator’s temperature, pressure and lubricant limits.
In some applications, yes. We can configure a BEKA ONE to supply two points where the lubricant requirements and installation allow it.
The suitability depends on the distance to each point, line resistance, lubricant, operating conditions and the amount of lubrication each point requires. We will assess the application before recommending a two-point arrangement.
Yes. The refillable reservoir version can use oil from ISO VG 31–680 or grease up to NLGI 2.
The replaceable cartridge version is designed for grease only.
